Common questions

How does the AI screen resumes?

The AI uses Claude by Anthropic to read the full resume text and evaluate it against your job description, required skills, preferred qualifications, and seniority level. It produces a 0-100 score with written reasoning, skill matches, and a recommendation (advance, hold, or reject).

Can I override AI decisions?

Yes, always. In all three modes (Recommend, Semi-Auto, Full-Auto), you can review any candidate, override any AI recommendation, add notes, and make your own decision at any stage of the pipeline.

What file types are supported for resumes?

We support PDF and DOCX formats. You can upload individual files or do bulk uploads of up to 50 resumes at a time. The AI extracts text content automatically.

Is the AI data secure?

Absolutely. All resume data and AI interactions are encrypted (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). AI processing happens in isolated sessions with no data retention by the AI provider. We maintain SOC 2 readiness and provide full audit trails.
