Billing
Subscription fees are invoiced annually unless otherwise agreed. Plans auto-renew unless canceled in writing 30 days prior to renewal.
Liability cap
Our total liability will not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.
Data & access
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
