About this role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of our customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with designers and backend engineers to build performant, accessible, and beautiful user interfaces that delight our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and build responsive web applications using React and TypeScript
  • Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
  • Collaborate with UX designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
  • Optimize application performance and Core Web Vitals
  • Contribute to our component library and design system
  • Participate in sprint planning and technical architecture discussions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and REST API design
  • Contributions to open-source projects
  • Experience with design systems (Storybook, Figma tokens)
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Lighthouse, Sentry)
