We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive and visually compelling experiences for our digital products. You will own the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma
Design high-fidelity UI screens following brand guidelines
Maintain and evolve our design system and component library
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization
Requirements
4+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile
Expert-level proficiency in Figma
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design
Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography and spacing
Nice to Haves
Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend development
Familiarity with analytics tools to measure design impact
