Join our Analytics team to transform raw data into actionable business insights. You will build dashboards, run analyses, and partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and finance to drive data-informed decisions at Jafarov Inc.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker and Tableau
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer strategic business questions
- Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments
- Clean, validate, and model data from multiple sources
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with engineering to improve data pipelines and data quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets
- Proficiency in at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
Nice to Haves
- Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimental design
- Experience with machine learning fundamentals
- Background in marketing or product analytics
