About this role
We need a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain our cloud infrastructure, improve deployment pipelines, and ensure high availability of our services. You will work at the intersection of development and operations, enabling our engineering team to ship faster and more reliably.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures
- Manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes
- Optimize infrastructure costs and resource utilization
- Ensure security best practices across all infrastructure components
Requirements
- 4+ years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda)
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS)
- Solid scripting skills in Bash and Python
- Understanding of networking, DNS, and load balancing
Nice to Haves
- AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps certification
- Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Knowledge of GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Flux)
- Experience with database administration (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
